Paid for purchase in the app and they said our card didn’t work and made us pay again at window. I checked my bank account while sitting there and the payment did indeed go through and I even showed the girl and she there is nothing she can do and I told her yes there is you can give us a refund and she said she’d have to get her boss and he can acted like it was such a HUGE BOTHER he was very unkept and looked like he just rolled out of bed not mgr material at all he never apologized or anything just rude as hell towards us when it was their mistake not ours. Not impressed at all
