Pittsfield IL McDonalds is awesome. They have the best fries of any I've been too, and our orders are always right when we stop by couple times a month. Other McDs are very hit and miss on their fries for me. The one in Pittsfield is the only one I really forward to going to.

You guys are the biggest failure of a McDonals that I’ve ever been too. Came there tonight and ordered a unsweet tea with 10 Splendas and guess what you messed up again. I have not had a correct owner since the new owner took owner took owner and guess what your the only McDonald’s that still closes at 7. Keep this up and you will be out of business. It’s pretty sad when I told your owners home store in Hannibal how bad you guys are and they said they hear that all the time.

Always the slowest drive thru you will ever go through. Takes forever. Today I went for the typical. Sat on the outside lane while 3 cars pulled up, ordered and drove off. Currently headed home and will wait for the bowling green McDonald's.

This was a experience. I was travelling through this McDonald's and the food was your typical McDonald's. But the staff were friendly ,respectable and kept the place very clean. (The bathrooms were the cleanest I've been in with a McDonald's ) The owner even showed me around with a smile. N
