I visited the dealership for my first oil change. The serve was amazing! First oil change was complimentary which was a plus but my service advisor was amazing. His name was Chris Hansen service manager I believe and he was the nicest friendliest person. My appointment was later in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if I would get a carwash as employees were getting ready to go home for the day but he took it upon himself to personally wash my car. Now that’s amazing customer service. Chris also arranged a shuttle to drop me off and pick me up at a local restaurant. Honda of Pasadena never disappoints!

This was my first time at Honda of Pasadena. I chose them because they had the best reviews. They did not disappoint! David was very helpful, professional, and courteous. He kept me updated with the progress of my extended warranty repair and, when I picked up my car, alerted me to issues that should be addressed. He gave me a quote for their services, but he was never pushy, which I greatly appreciated. All-in-all, an outstanding experience.

It's a car dealership... what do you expect? They're friendly, but the helpful Honda thing is just an advertisement. They only treat you that nice when they're making a commercial. I brought my vehicle in for a recall. They performed the recall fixes, no problem. They didn't even try to sell me anything I didn't need. When making the appointment I told them about a funny noise I was hearing and they said they'd take a look. When I got there suddenly it became $180 to diagnose. I get it if they need to start taking things apart, but they couldn't even try to figure it out from just listening and looking? Nope. They're not the helpful. I took it to a local mechanic and he identified the issue without much effort and fixes it. Maybe they just have too much business already and don't want to be helpful which could bring in more business than they can handle. No idea.

Yes we do routine maintenance such as oil changes but no repairs or recalls.
