Edit: Upping to 4 stars after learning that the maintenance person was in the hospital that day which is why he was unable to address our issue. Also, after writing this review I discovered that the issue was resolved by hitting the reset button on the sink outlet. Wish I would've thought of that sooner. Keys appear to have been accidentally programmed for 1 night when we are staying for 3. Had to go back to the desk and risk waiting in line to get them reprogrammed. Furthermore, bathroom and sink lights failed in the morning. Manager documented our concern yet the issue was not fixed by late evening. Had to shower with flashlights. Had we been paying $50-60, I would not be leaving this review. At the $80 price point, it's reasonable to expect a better experience. Room was very clean.

The first room in the no smoking building was not cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. Plus the furnishing were old and all the lamps were unplugged, even though the manager said it was just redone, lie. We requested a second room and they did have one. Second room was all updated, bed was comfortable. Side note, hope you like stairs and not much of a selection for breakfast.

The dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Well didn’t stay. Left an hour later and went to the Comfort Inn up the road (5 stars compared to this). Mold. Smelled musty. Sticky floor. Dirty sheets. Electric sockets off the wall, wires exposed. Wouldn’t even take our shoes off. Mold lined the bathtub. Just a bad experience. Would not suggest to stay there ever. Pay the extra money and hit up Comfort Inn and Suites. Pleasant. Clean. Comfortable.

I'm always worried making an unexpected stop with last minute accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised with this stop. The night and morning staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet (the wall unit heater worked great and was quite as well.)They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before I hit the road in the morning. A friendly conversation with the morning Manager led me to a side adventure to see a couple local spots. I am truly grateful.
