Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Hannibal. We had no issues at all. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast we very good. My husband thought the biscuits were some of the best he's had (and we're from the south!).

For an advertized 100% smoke free hotel we certainly would disagree! Room #327 smelled so bad, the cigarrette smoke was overwhelming, the air conditioner barely worked, and the room was just riddled with problems. The entry door was hanging at a slant, the bathroom door would not close, and the hotel ran out of towels, so when we took the kids swimming they gave us bath mats. Our adult children's room had no towels or toilet paper. Halfway through our 2-night stay both rooms key cards suddenly stopped working. The hotel was booked and we made our reservation over a month ago. There were no rooms available to move us to. We did not want to ruin a family vacation so we sucked it up and now I am struggling with congestion. We found out the "smoking" room was also a "pet friendly" room and I am allergic to dog hair. Hannibal was fun, but this hotel did not offer the "Comfort" we thought we paid for! I cannot recommend this hotel.

I've been in town a few times for work, but it's the first time I've stayed here. I stayed about a month. Check in was quick and my room was clean. They were doing construction on part of the hotel which didn't bother me...at 1st. I was on nights and woke up at 9a to them hammering in the room next to me. The front desk quickly changed my rooms. The dryer door wouldnt close in the laundry and they let me dry my clothes in their dryer plus gave me my money back. I hear the breakfast was descent but I was never up at that time. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I only have 1 complaint..... housekeeping please quit slamming doors when you clean. Some of us are on nights :) I would stay here again.

Price was way too high for what they offer. Girl that checked us in was rude and didn’t go over anything with us. She had us sign the check in stuff and I had to ask her what it was I was signing. Hot tub was no better than A warm bath and needed water added to it the jets were almost exposed. Pool was okay. Beds were horrible and way too hard. Honestly the day manager was exceptional and the breakfast was good but that is the only reason I gave them two stars. Price is way way too high. You’d be better off somewhere else.
