I showed up on time for my appointment. Getting two new tires put on my car. The workers are very friendly. The waiting area is very clean and has two vending machines. I brought some papers to work on while I wait. My car was finished in 30 minutes. Drives great. I would recommend Big Brand Tire to my friends and Family, just like a friend of mine recommend them to me.

Toyota was trying to charge me $205 for a new tire and installation when all I needed was a patch up. I found Big Brand and they offer free tire repair/patch ups. Apparently they found a nail, but my tire is still in good condition. Wow!! These guys are amazing. Would totally recommend.

Staff may be nice but the business is lacking in organization and I'm beyond disappointed in the way my car was serviced for brakes. I asked for a new set a month ago on front and back, and requested a call back to discuss if anything further would be needed. I got a call suggesting a tune up and changing my brake fluid, after my pads were changed. I was then told that only one set of my pads were bad. Only one set needed to be changed but they did both anyways "because I had requested new brakes" I took my car back today for squealing brakes and was told I need to have my rotors resurfaced, which would be $300. Very disappointed that was not taken care of at the initial appointment a month ago, and that an unnecessary pair of pads was replaced instead. I appreciate their shuttle service but apparently it's not in full service and the appointment I made to be shuttled back before my lunch break ended wasnt honored, I was late and the gentleman who drove me explained the service isn't being offered again. Over all beyond disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Again the guys are nice, but the overall experience was terrible. And I can't believe my brakes still aren't fixed.
