When you go here ask for Martin! He's always making sure I'm taken care of with quick and friendly customer service. My oil change is always quick. They always have available appointments. Even same day if needed. Thanks again Martin!

Martin Gonzalez and the whole service experience was great! I arrived a few minutes after closing to pick up my car and Martin was able to accommodate us going above and beyond to come up with an alternative payment method so I could be on my way. I would definitely recommend them for your VW service needs.

Had a great experience at this service center. Martin at the front desk was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure our service was as smooth as possible. The indoor waiting center was also very clean and comfortable. Can't say I exactly want to go back to a service department any time soon, but I'll be heading back here the next time I need one. Highly recommend.

We are on our 7th VW as a family (safe to say we are VW-lovers). But only in the past 2 years have I become a big fan of Ventura VW and that is owed in large part to Brandy in Service. She is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and always takes the time to make sure my questions are answered. I always know she is getting me the best deal possible and that I am not getting a bunch of unnecessary stuff. She's the best! Thank you, Ventura VW for taking such good care of our rides (Atlas, Jetta wagon, Jetta wagon TDI, former: eGolf, Golf TDI, VW bus and Fox).

All employees are required to wear masks are all times. Also, we require all customers visiting our dealership to wear masks at all times as well. Customers visiting our Service department have their cars disinfected before and after work is performed. We use seat covers as well as steering wheel covers to protect our employees, as well as our visiting customers. The dealership is completely disinfected every hour, and all waiting area have seating spaced at least 6 feet apart. The health and safety of our customers is of utmost importance, and we take every measure possible to ensure this.

I'm interested in the new VW Buzz. Can you tell me if I need to add my name to a waiting list, when delivery is scheduled and, most important...what will they cost? Approx.

Hello Jim, I am always hesitant giving information about the absolute when talking about VW. Because it seems to change. What I am being told it will be late 21 early 22 and will be between $40000 and $60000. So that's what I have. No waiting list. The way it works with all imports . 3 stages. First is we are notified of the cars coming and a Vin number is issued and an approximate day it will arrive. At that point I can contact you and give you accurate information. Stage 2 it gets built and stage 3 shows in transit . The in transit date is a 7 to 10 day window to arrive. If you like I will set you up with information follow up as I receive it.

I bought a new tiguan in December 2018 and I believe the sales rep said there was free maintenance for a period of time. How often and how long

Not sure. I didn't live in Ventura.

I paid for a key to be made and now I don't need it. Can I get a refund on it with my receipt?
