Very friendly and helpful reps! I had problems with my account for 2 weeks and Larry worked with me the entire time. He is very personable and patient. He really went above and beyond. We switched one of our phones that was a different carrier over to Verizon Wireless. It took forever because of the previous carrier locking out the number port. Larry was so patient and they were all so nice. This is another reason we use Verizon and this store is our preferred place to do business with Verizon.
