Really enjoyed my time here . The weather was perfect. We had a great time walking the shore, making sandcastles and spent the day with our family here. I will definitely be coming back here.
My Two Cents
I loved the bike riding along the beach. This place was not crowded and had lots of surfers. Lots of rocks in this section, but if you enjoy camping, walking and riding, this is a great place for that.

A great place to take in the coast. Clean, sandy beaches and free parking make this a good spot to sunbathe, take a stroll, or swim in the sea (if it's warm enough 😀). There are public restrooms available. The kiddie playground seems to be closed at present.

No. No dogs are allowed on any state beach. Yoy have to go to a city beach or a county beach. Then you can let your dog run free.
I believe so, when we went out there for the 4th this year, there was someone out there with small grill.

I just Googled Beaches in Ventura they have several of them. I went to the State Park Beach.
Yes they are free to use, but it's always good to get there early enough so you can get one
It's free in the days all the way up to faria and some up close to Hobson very few spots, but how soon come but you can't there it is first conference you can reserve in the campground campsites. But there's camping for RVs and trailers if you go up to the recon parkway recent Beach free

It can get pretty crowded on holiday wreekends but overall isn't bad.
Yes , easy to find off 101, plenty of State beach signage , free parking..nice area. You'll like it.

No dogs are allowed on the beach. Usually strictly enforced May 30-Sept 8.
