why do ALL the other counties have a link to their website EXCEPT Ventura County??? Also, since covid, they are NOT doing in-home worker visits, and do everything over the phone. Sometimes not everything can be done accurately over the telephone. I don't know who my worker is, how to change providers, how to modify my authorized services, NOTHING. Service is extremely POOR here in Ventura County.
