Brought in my trailer to have my refrigerator checked out because it wasn't functioning properly. From the moment my wife and I came in we were greeted and assisted quickly. The ladies from the parts department connected me to Brian and we told him about our issue. He then connected me to Paul who is the lead mechanic, I believe, and told us they would look into it right away and Geoff, in service, would contact us. Geoff contacted us and got our problem resolved pretty quick in just under two weeks. Considering covid has affected just about every business in manufacturing & delivery. Geoff went above and beyond, kept us updated and got us our trailer back. The whole staff has great attitude and their customer service is awesome. 5 stars all the way around.

Wonderful, comfortable experience. I expected it to be like buying a used car. But no, exactly the opposite! Salesman (Matt) was very relaxed and took the time to understand what I was looking for and what they had. Nothing was done in a hurry. I went home, came back the next day and bought it. No need for me to go elsewhare. They know their product. Fair price. When it came time to pick it up, the after sales guy (Ken) spent close to 2 hours with me going over everything about the trailer - down to exactly how the bed light switch worked. I thought I new everything but glad I listened. Probably saved me a lot of time going through the manuals and not to mention missing a lot of cool features that were not immediatley obvious! We purchased a new to us travel trailer from Barber RV. This was our first RV purchase and I can’t say enough about how kind and professional everyone was from Matthew or salesperson to Ken who great time and care answering any questions we had during our walkthrough. Even after we got home and noticed that the kitchen faucet was dripping I texted Matthew and he responded right away telling me to bring it back in when I could and they would take care of it. The service didn’t stop there, when I brought the trailer back a week later, they service technician let me know that they would have to replace the whole faucet and apologized that they didn’t have a matching one in stock and it would take them 1 day to get a matching one. Now I was amazed that in the current climate with unprecedented supply chain issues it would only take 1 day, the service technician even offered to come to my house to complete the install. I let him know I appreciated it but it wasn’t necessary since I worked only one exit away and I left the trailer with them overnight and told them I would pick it up the next evening. When I arrived the new faucet was installed and working perfectly Matthew helped me hitch up and I was on my way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your RV sales or service needs.

If the Shasta is a class A they can order it for you, then have the windshield replaced at their shop. If it is a class c then it's like an automotive windshield and you can get it from an auto glass shop.
Yes we do... manual operation and automatic domes...they are provider specific.....Dish or Direct Tv....
