This place is not nice at all. There are homeless people all around the area. It is right next to a strip club. I was constantly wondering if my car was going to be broken into. It's a clear indication when the motel has signs all over the parking lot letting you know they aren't responsible for cars being broken into. The bed was not comfy, nor the sheets. There was a pleather chair in the corner of the room which was all torn up. I would absolutely not come back here for the price you can find better locations.

We would have given a solid 5/5 from our first stay here, after just a small issue taken care of and went above and beyond with service & customer care. However, the 2nd time we stayed, was not the same case. I’ve booked through the app many times without issue, until now. The staff fully knew and were aware of the issue, that it was their fault, and that we had already paid to stay. They said the reservation for the new person/resident was more important. The night staff/manager had told me to come back in the morning so I could pay in the morning. Waking up at 7 am, I go down to pay only to be told there’s nothing they could do by the morning manager, then having to pack everything to check out at 11am. They fully knew our situation financially, have been very understanding…Until this, this morning staff doesn’t care. Just stunned by the day and night difference in the staff’s attitude & customer care.

The rooms have been recently updated so it feels fresh and comfortable. I couldn’t hear any of my neighbors so the walls are well sound-proofed. Some people say the hotel location feels unsafe. Diversity doesn’t necessarily make an area “unsafe.” It’s at the edge of an industrial commercial neighborhood and across the street from an adult bookstore. Aside from that, I liked the vibe and enjoyed my 2 nights I stayed there and would probably stay there again. I didn’t like that I was charged an extra $30 to check in 3 hours early, but I won’t lose any sleep over it.

Overall very poor service, we stayed from Friday until Sunday and were unable to shower until 8pm Saturday night due to a shower head malfunction. My boyfriend informed them there was an issue with it so they came to "fix" it while we were gone Saturday. Went to take a shower Saturday before going out for dinner and realized the fix job was putting tape over the hole. When I turned the water on, it literally sprayed the entire bathroom. A different maintenance person came at that time and installed a new shower head, and finally got it working properly. Then when we asked for compensation for not having a working shower for half of our stay they offered a little $30 discount and were completely rude like we were outrageous for wanting to be compensated for a pretty big inconvenience and by more than $30. It's not like it was the fridge not working, it was the shower! Also got woken up to police banging on another room door Saturday morning. I do understand it's a Motel 6 so my expectations weren't super high to begin with but I think expecting a working shower isn't asking for too much and having it fixed properly the first time is what should have happened.
