High rent, rude management and the apartments aren't that great anyways. Just charge you deposits for pets that just goes into their pockets not towards any pet damage.

Would NOT recommend anyone to rent from this place solely based on how incredibly rude management was to my fiance when he called to get more information about renting. The first time he called this place, the first thing the guy said to him was "what are you and your fiance's jobs because you know these apartments are really expensive right?" ... Like we can't clearly see the price of what the rent is online...my fiancé was simply asking for a tour and more info and then the following day the guy calls him back and says "just wanted to let you know all units are filled, don't call us back again, we'll call you if something opens up" and hung up on him before my fiance could even say anything back. This makes me incredibly angry and sad as the guy never met my fiance before, only saw his name on the contact sheet....very disappointed.

Hi, Ana! When you apply, we will need a photo ID, social security card, and one month of documented paystubs. Currently, we only have a 2 bedroom apartment available. It is $1,030 a month, includes heat, and is on the first floor. Please feel free to give the leasing office a call if you have any other questions!

I believe there is a 2 pet limit and breed restrictions apply, but not sure about weight restrictions.
