If I could give a minus I surely would give a minus 5.. My experience was the worst .. It is called Urgent Orthopedic but in reality if you walk in you wait for hour's while they do follow up's. The rudest front desk staff I've ever come across.. If they would put them cell phones down and do there job it would be great.. I waited 2 and a half hour's to be taken back to a room and an additional 30 minutes for a Nurse practitioner to see me which I got no clear answer... Never Again I'll go to O.S.S.

I was at the WellSpan Urgent Care office on Blooming Grove Road yesterday In excruciating pain and even though there were five people ahead of me ,I received great care and a through exam by Dr Inners and I was out of there in an hour and a half. Staff at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful,and radiology was very professional and friendly .

They are like a well oiled machine so to speak! I have never felt so attended to. They are smart and careful when diagnosing and treating any orthopedic injury.

PA Ragan has no clue about medical issues. This is the 2nd time I had her n the 2nd time that she messed up w my diagnose. No x-ray at all. Just her opinion of knee pain. Ill get a real dr to treat my knee issue. Bc I'm not waiting 5 weeks to see their real dr. And if this other drs diagnose is different from Ragan, I will be asking for her to resign from there or have her become just a secretary. Tired of these young kids thinking they know what they're talking about. Smh Hope she has malpractice insurance!!!! Ragan....I know the difference between muscle issues n ligaments. I should know bc I went thru it before...you...on the other hand should go back n study the differences. I'm not doing leg exercises when u don't know exactly what's wrong. But hey maybe I should so it gets worse n I can get you for negligence! But I'm not like that. I'll play it safe for me n help YOU out n get a professional opinion instead. If anyone goes here....go for it. Just request that you don't see Ragan!!!!!
