The rooms were nice, floor was dirty but besides that everything was great with the rooms. The only reason my review is so low is because the pool was completely empty, no water at all. They just want you to believe there's a pool. I'm not sure if the price is worth it.

Fairly decent hotel experience. I saw some of the reviews before I came, and was rather skeptical. Everything was pretty nice though, mostly. The room was nice and clean, sheets were definitely washed in a timely manner. The pool is still closed down, and the restaurant is as well. All in all, not a bad place to stay, especially if you're visiting Sea World.

Appeared clean at first, but when we were about to climb into bed it was clear the sheets had not been washed. One bed had yellow/brown crusty spots on the fitted sheet, the other bed had strands of hair on it. I wonder how often they just re-make the bed instead of actually washing sheets in between guests. For the $200 I paid I expected better. Also in addition there was a $16 parking fee which was not communicated at all at the time of reservation or check-in. All in all, I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars.

The location is surrounded by bums but what's new in CA. We have been moved 3 times in the past week. First because the AC unit was blowing musk and when we brought up the issue, maintenance could only add a "perfume" sheet rather than change the filter. So we moved after a month stay for business. Mind you, every day of the week the price fluctuates, we had accepted that one nice flat rate was mere illusion despite being military personnel. Next room, lovely with just enough extra space. Very comfortable. Until there were roaches on the ceiling. When we brought up this issue and called the front, they offered another room which smelled like cigarettes. We got keys for the cigarette room to stay 1 night until we could get a non-smoking room. We were walked in on without knocking and given "30 minutes" from a very aggressive "manager" named "Roberto" to move 4 people and month worth of groceries. We are now back to the old tight floor plan, anxious to think about getting comfortable when we only have this room for the night because the general manager was not available throughout any of this to try to get us a month-long stay like we were asking for in the first place. We are waiting now to call the customer care line which does not open until 5am West Coast time because the manager that we do need to speak is still not present.

Not to bad. They had security walking around and the Security guards did a great job!
No they don't have any shuttles that I know of but they are very close so an Uber would be cheap.
