Took my wife into urgent care first. They took her to Emergency with possible seizure or mild stroke. After a few tests and blood work twice they did nothing. After 7 hours they talked to us said they wanted to admit her to monitor her but had no bed. We waited 2 more hours were told the same thing. No bed and they couldn’t give us any idea how long. I refused to make my wife sit in a crowded room or outside any longer. I absolutely was not going to have her laying in a hallway like other people were doing. This experience was so hard on my wife and no one seemed to care. We arrived at 930 Am and left at 800 pm. Now we are scrambling to get her records and get someone to see her. How shameful this is happening not just to us but other people as well. The 2 stars are for a couple staff who were nice and the Urgent Care Doctor who was very kind.

Great hospital. From doctor experience to nurses and just all around staff, they are all wonderful. I had 3 of my kids here 2018-2022. Nothing to complain about. They took care of me like how a patient is supposed to be taken care of. Very friendly and caring people. I would definitely recommend this hospital

I had a wonderful experience here. The ER was super busy, but they all tried their best to take care of everyone. Yes the wait was super long. But it’s to be expected with only 3 ER’s up here. Once admitted and got to my room my nurse Lilian at night and Sophia during the day were so sweet and helpful. They made a horrible situation bearable. Thank you for the excellent care.

DO NOT talk-back to the staff or curse like a normal person when you are in pain, you may be swept up out of there with 0 care, also life-threatening has an entire new meaning to this facility, "a lifetime does not require a membership". Maybe they should study that motto. If you moved from out of town and need ER care, make sure to dress up really nice(to the 9s) to a literal hospital or you'll get the regular run of the mill -homeless bum treatment package- which is absolutely refreshing for someone whose just moved here 👍

My uncle sat there for 5 hours while having a stroke and then my aunt had to prove they had health insurance. I’m sorry about your mom:(

I never not once experienced anything like that while my wife was in Desert Valley, and she was in there for 6 weeks.
Well that should not be a place you want to work at what does that say about the rest of the hospital if the night shift is rude the day shift to throw you in jail they don't care at all staff there just want to get paid for not doing nothing and when you ask them to do something they get aggravated don't take the job leave it alone
