The support staff at this place is poorly managed at best; the staff is rude and have questionable ethics. Over a year ago they wanted to perform a procedure that I had already had done under the pretense they would obtain records first and then schedule, they did not do this. Before I made it home that day they were calling with a schedule date to move forward. I got sick days before the procedure and I was told they would bill my insurance anyway if I did not have it done; when I refused and requested my medical records they made me come to the office and wait more than 30 minutes before the receptionist handed me an envelop that was sitting on her desk the entire time, very childish. Recently I was referred back to them and experienced the same rude, unprofessional behavior; I asked was I ever scheduled there and was told yes. I stated I did not want an appointment with them due to previous poor treatment and there was a curt "ok" and phone hangup. Shut them down, and if the doctors are good the need to check their support staff.

I've Been Trying to get this done since September.... and as of today (Nov. 30th)They keep rescheduling my appointment . I feel like its not that important because of this and it defiantly feels like They Don't care about the patient. I've notice I develop a small phobia of being sedated now and It's putting a strain on me mentally. I'll may try again at the beginning of the year But I Will TRY MY BEST TO NOT STEP A FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE... The reason for the rescheduling's Has Always been the same excuse..... The DOCTOR has an appointment..... CAN YOU SEE THE IRONY IN THIS!!!! ( 7hrs. later ) I don't feel relief that I'm not going back to this I feel VERY FUSTRATE about this. I set up Transportation with an outside company to get this done THEY NEED A 5 DAYS NOTICE to SCEDULE an APPOINTMENT and I realize Dr. Navarro WAS VERY AWARE of his appointments that day. Which means His patients don't matter. ONLY HIM AND HIS PAYCHECKS

Having a procedure is always nerve racking but the staff was fantastic. Answered all my questions and helped me through the entire process. During my procedure the nurse anesthetist was also fantastic. She explained everything and I honestly did not feel a thing . The doctor was amazing, he calmed my nerves , and made me feel like I could trust him . He was simply put completely professional and very empathetic. I will only go to the Gastro Group for all my care !!

This place is the greatest!!! I have had several colonoscopies in my lifetime, at various places, and this place plus the whole experience was a vacation compared to my other experiences! I know that might sound outlandish to some but my husband just had his turn and he could not believe how easy it was and how great he felt afterwards. The workers and the doctors were so nice and made both of us feel very comfortable, for both of our visits. Both of us, had nurse Jennifer and she is so nice and caring! When you wake up from the anesthesia, you can't believe how easy it is to wake up and how good you feel. The facility is also very clean and they are all very thorough with everything. I highly recommend this place!
