DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA SIT IN YOUR CAR OR WAITING ROOM FOR 3 HOURS. I went here with my first child and the doctor was on leave so she did not deliver my baby or was never at the office so I’ve never seen her once , now I’m on my second child birth thought is give it another try.. biggest mistake she has these unprofessional workers that don’t even know what they are doing in there guess what SHES ON LEAVE AGAIN. SMH So she has this young girl subbing for her the girl doesn’t check the heart beat doesn’t check anything I’m 13 weeks pregnant and haven’t got to hear my baby’s heart beat once. I finally got a ultra sound because quote on quote they said “we have to see if your even pregnant” they wouldn’t even let me see the screen. Very rude an unprofessional.. to top it off she’s prescribed me prenatals 5 days ago so I went to the pharmacy today and they tell me my doctor never sent anything in. I’m done with this place. Never again will I go back or recommend this place to anyone. Save your time. Go to another doctor.

TLDR — P.A. gave misleading billing information for unnecessary tests. Now I need to pay $300 out of pocket because of her mistake. I scheduled an appointment at this OB/GYN to get a simple signature on paperwork for Accutane because it had relatively good reviews compared to other OBs in the High Desert. However, I was coerced into getting birth control pills (I specifically said I didn't need), a pap smear (that was covered by my insurance, except that it included an STD test, which was not covered—they failed to mention this), vaginal & abdominal ultrasounds, and unnecessary bloodwork (i.e., tests completely unrelated to the purpose of my appointment and what I have told her about my medical history) after being told by my P.A. (who said she spoke w/ the biller) my health insurance company would cover it and it should "not be more than $40" for all the tests. Naturally, I agreed to getting those tests done. Because I thought it would only be $40. At the end of my appointment, I dropped by the front desk to ask the receptionist if I had a co-pay for the visit. She told me, "You're all set; you can go." So I did. A few weeks later, I was rudely made aware of the charges for all the services: $300. I learned that the $40 actually was the co-pay for the appointment—not all the services—like my P.A. had told me. My P.A. incorrectly told me that the costs for the services were $40, when in reality, the costs for the services were $300 with an additional $40 co-pay for the appointment itself. The biller, P.A., and receptionist have done more harm by telling me incorrect costs for the services. To everyone who is considering scheduling an appointment here: find another OB/GYN with staff properly trained to provide correct billing information.

I wouldn't recommend to family or friends. I've waited for 2-5 hours to to be seen every time. Because of wait times I've seen arguments and people just cancel and leave appointments. The office has made going here a miserable experience. I've made appointments and they don't actually book them, they have cancelled my appointment do to short staffing, and have booked appointments on a day and tell me a different day. This office has a policy where they do not prescribe you medications over the phone or just send your prescription to your pharmacist, so when they mess up it also affects your medications. I've had to get medications from my primary because of their mistakes and also had to be sent to another location.
