We had a great experience with our sales rep, Guillermo! He was responsive to all my phone calls and texts prior to me even seeing the vehicle. Kia Carnivals are hard to come by, so I was very interested in the one he had on the lot (yes, there was only ONE!). When we met with Guillermo, he took a lot of time to explain all the features, bells and whistles that come with the SX Prestige. He was knowledgeable and patient. We had a time constraint for our visit and Guillermo worked hard to answer all our questions and get us back home in time to pick up our kids from school. Two days later, we were back to purchase the vehicle and, again, Guillermo took care of us. We would recommend Guillermo to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia (we love our new Carnival!).
