I did some work in these condos recently and discovered interesting floorplans and layouts. There are some with single car garage doors that are gigantic inside as they take up the whole footprint of the first floor. They have made laundry rooms as compact as possible and stairmaster a thing of the past. I don't see anyone over 60 moving in with all these stairs.

While no place is perfect, the staff here is always attentive and striving to make living here the best experience possible. The layout of the apartment (1 bed and den) has such a great flow and feels more spacious than its square footage. While I haven't lived at many apartment communities, I've toured enough floorplans to know that this beats out many others, especially at this price point. The layout of the grounds with its paths and grass lawns help you forget that you're next to a busy street (the street noise is really only noticeable when people drive by with their overcompensating mufflers/engines). The residents tend to keep to themselves, but everyone seems decent enough. It's also a bit different right now given how covid/quarantining/social distancing has played a part with everything. Overall, I would definitely encourage others to check this community out and I can absolutely see us spending many more years here.

An apartment worth living in Covina and surroundings. Management is awesome and they are very helpful. Services get resolve very quickly. Cleanliness is always there, sometimes we are bit worried with security but that’s more because of neighborhood. But still given a chance to live in that region we will be back in Brookwoods.

Brookwood was a great place to live for 2+ years! The apartment manager Tiffinie and all of her staff were always prompt, helpful, and super friendly. The grounds were well kept and our apartment itself was great. Highly recommended!
