The space rent is quite pricey for what you get, even for the area, going up to $1400, when there are options that are cheaper by a few hundreds of dollars nearby.

As a Real Eatate agent, I deal with many park offices and Cindy and Ron at Starlite Mobile Estates are the kindest managers I have met. The park is well maintained, management is easily accessible when needed. This park feels like one big family.

PROS: -Peaceful Neighborhood -Pool/Spa -Management (like HOA) enforces rules/regulations so that park stays presentable. -Pet friendly CONS: -Very poor internet availability (DSL or Satellite at 7Mbps). -Additional monthly charges for bulky trash items (with the possibility that outsiders could be dumping). -Speed bumps are ineffective -Limited Visitor Parking -Pool is accessible to anyone (outsiders).

Management does absolutely zero for the residents. They add more rent in and take away amenities. They want residents to do what they will not do themselves ( such as painting their property, painting the roads, and putting in speed bumps so people can not use the road as a drag strip). The Management thinks they are Gods and they control the entire park even though we pay the rent and their salaries.
