Terrible landlord services. Not a good place to have kids. Discriminated against. Will lose Amazon or any packages delivered. Delivery service cant get into gate and throws packages anywhere and too many packages are being stolen.

So my boyfriend and I spent the whole day looking at apts. Just some background info: we’re moving from the Bay Area and we’re first time renters. Mirandy and Yanika are THE BEST. We looked at 5 other locations before coming here and we did not feel like we were at home until we got here. They made us feel right at home. The location is so nice and quiet. This is my first apartment and it has held up to all my expectations. EVERYONE PLEASE LOOK HERE FIRST and you won’t regret it. (P.S. if you’re anything like me and you feel like this is an automatic recview... well it’s not. It’s as real as it gets)

Pacific Trails is a great place to live in. I've been living here with my family for the past 5 years and it's a very nice and safe area to live. The manager Yanika is great, she has really turned this place around in the last year and a half, with the renovations and with the people that live here. Im glad we have a great manager now after going through 5 in 1 year before she came. She goes above and beyond for everyone and you will always see her working, overall very great place to live in.

Negatives: Cockroaches. Unexpected water shutoffs (so often.. sometimes without a notice.) due to construction. Seems like the water to my building is shut off weekly. Super crowded due to the city workers. Some tenants do not know how to follow the rules for parking (future resident parking constantly filled during business hours and occasionally see people without handicap sticker parked in handicap spot) but I have yet to see a single violation sticker. Positives: Manager and crew are friendly. More parking than most places around the area. I might just have lived in an unlucky building and hit with the consequences of construction and other things, but this place was close to my school so it was worth it. Also was under the old contract of the previous owner
