You pay more by ordering online than going in person. Then they want to hit you with a delivery fee also when they are not delivering the food themselves. They miss up the orders by not giving what is asked for and send it to you cold as hell.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. We were the only ones in there. A kid walked in a few minutes after us. We stood at the counter waiting for over 10 minutes. 4 different employees looked at us and went back to whatever they were doing. Not one said we'll be with you in a minute. I didn't say anything because I don't want them spitting in our food. Rude and unprofessional. If they were busy I could understand. We were the only ones in there and whatever they were doing was too important to say "we'll be with you in a minute" employee

Slow, staff was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me when I was at the counter. The didn’t give us the toys in the happy meals, and they forgot the sauces. The one positive note is that it was one of the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been to in a while.

So the food was actually good. But my customer service experience was absolute trash!! I got ignored by the cashier as I spoke to her , she was sitting at the dine-in table. Let me wait at the cashier for about a minute before I was acknowledged. I got yelled at after explaining my order was wrong based off the receipt. I had such a bad experience with her attitude that I didn't even ask to get refunded the difference once my order was corrected. Around 130 am ish.
