Don’t bother they are extremely slow. You will be waiting forever just to get to the speaker and the ice cream machine is down, they only taking cash blah blah blah. Never again.

I've only eaten at one other McDonald's in St. Louis, but after that one I swore I'd never eat there again. Yesterday, though, I badly needed to charge my phone, so I stopped in to do so and use their free Wi-Fi. The customer service was much better at this one. I had a medium fry and the sugar-free vanilla latte. The fries were fresh and salty, though McDonald's seems to have downsized the cut of their fries, and these were almost shoestring. The latte was great, but I could swear I ordered a large and I got a small. However, I'm newer to ordering at the kiosk, so it's possible I ordered it incorrectly. I appreciated that several booths had electrical plugs nearby. Another customer was also using the Wi-Fi and charging their device. We did lose service at one point, so I'm not sure if the two of us overwhelmed the Wi-Fi or what. The restroom was not clean at all. Both toilet seats had urine on them and there was no TP in one stall. There were also someone's ashes from smoking in the bathroom.

Dining room closed. Drive through has to be the slowest in the entire Macdonald's Organization. 30+ minutes in line. Food quality just kinda okay. But food was damp, I think because it was wrapped and laid around till our turn at the pick up window. 2 stars, but I ain't ever coming back.

Ive never been more disrespected at a fast food place EVER! The staff were very rude and honestly seemed to be quite racist. Once I finally got my food, which was a simple mcchicken, I inspected it for anything that wasn't supposed to be on it and after my first bite I discovered it was the worst mcchicken I have ever had! It seriously didn't even taste like any mcchicken ive ever had before. I will never be going here again and I know im not the only one this has happened to, there is no way!!!
