Always late and dispatch is always rude. And they wont take debit or credit cards anymore. Its ridiculous. I wish that wehad more choices of cab company's in Alton but we just have this one.

I've been scheduling pickups everyday for the same time all summer. The drivers arrive early then leave before the scheduled time with no notification that they were even waiting. Then I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for another cab.

Booked a ride to airport 8 hours in advance - look at their website, they brag about their awesome airport service- nobody showed up. Nobody called. As a matter of fact, they texted confirmation. Called when nobody was here and was told they guessed none of their independent contractors wanted the job. What kind of jerks run a business like this.

I called on 12/3/15, for my 18 year old son, who is newly employed, and had to call a cab because his girlfriend's car wouldn't start. It was 7:12 a.m. and he had to be at work by, 8:00 a.m. The person who answered the phone was very courteous, as always, as I've had to call before, as a backup, that I didn't have to use. Anyway, I explained the situation, of having to have my son picked up, in time to be at work, by 8:00 a.m. and she said, she would try VERY hard, to make that possible, but it wasn't a guarantee, as they were VERY busy. Well, seeing as I'm a praying woman, I asked God to let it work out, and before I knew it, I got a call from the cab driver himself, at around 7:25 a.m. saying that he would be at my residence in about 4 minutes. Let's just say, it ALL worked out, and my son, now, has the experience of catching a cab to work, and if he should ever need to in the future, he'll know exactly how much it costs. Very pleased customer.
