I have been coming to this shop for over a year now. They do good work but need to improve on their time management and customer service skills. Some of the braiders have too many phone conversations and take too many breaks while servicing customers and this is totally unprofessional. Hopefully, they read these reviews and take them serious and make better changes for the new year 2022.

So I’m also Adrian Vaughn I worked up the NERVE to call this place. 260$ is a lot of money for how my hair turn out. I called March 22. I said I don’t want refund only for my hair to be fixed. I was asked to call back In a hour I did. I got appointment date of March 24 @. 4PM. Also call the morning of at 10AM to let them know. Cool.. Today, I get there seats are filled again.. I’m asked to sit at the booth. I did. I even started talking down the front of my head to be redone. 3HOURS later I just got up and left... WORSE EXPERIENCE, Reserving a appointment. Doesn’t guarantee a spot. 😢😭 My badd for expecting neat braids and timely service..

I had just got my hair done at this place and I guarantee you I'm never going back. First off before they started my hair I told them please do not braid my hair too tightly because it can cause really bad headaches for me but of course none of the workers listened and continued to do what they wanted 😒. Secondly my hair didn't even come out the way I wanted it to so I didnt even get my money's worth. Thirdly they tried to charge me an extra $20 last minute because the owner claimed she told me a different price over the phone but she definitely didn't. Either way I wouldnt go back
