Nice staff - quite busy place. Waited for about 20-25 mins (after registering) for someone to help me. They are short staffed.

Had to take care of some title transfer and registration paperwork. The representative was excellent, making the whole process very easy. Will definitely visit again for DMV type requirements. Larger parking lot, but is located on a busy street, so traffic can be challenging at times during busier hours of the day.

They should more friendly. It felt like I was asking them for a favor, always had a what do you want face! Sorry if I'm bugging you at your job. I'm information was terrible. The only friendly was the lady where I payed my tags for the DMV. Thank you for having a great smile on your face.

Wonderful experience. Met at the door by a guy who directed me to wIndow 3. I had my new tags and changed my address in 15 minutes. Easy as apple pie. Recommended over the zoo that is California DMV. Thanks AAA!

When did AAA stop travel insurance? I just googled it and saw that my office does still offer travelers insurance. I'm not sure who through but i trust AAA and would go through them to obtain insurance.
Yes but go to the DMV first they're applying amnesty because of C-19 - make an on line appointment to avoid the lines, good luck Fred .

Doubt it. The auto registration renewal is a DMV or state function. The Auto Club has no relationship to any county or city where the parking ticket was incurred.

I don't know. Sorry I can't help.
I don't know. Probably be best to call them and find out.
Don't know. But a couple weeks ago when I was there they had someone stationed by the door before you went in. Possibly they could help you. But I'm unsure I was there for travel.
No, you can either go to post office or do it online
AAA can also help answer any DMV questions
Yes
They do charge for members hip we are members so worth the fee
Yes, but you will have to pay with a check or cash. I'm not sure about a debit card. You may also need a smog certificate. check your renewal form. This is for CA renewal only. If you bring an out of state vehicle, you will have to go to the DMV to register it. Good luck.
Possibly

You would be better served to call AAA directly. They can take a look at your policy and give you a definite answer.
They always have plenty of local maps but if you need an out of state map of a small city, call ahead; if they do not have it, they can order it for you to pick up later.
Yes.
You have to get additional Insurance in Mexico it's the law. AAA offers Mexico Tourist Automobile Insurance through Grupo Nacional Provincial S.A., an A.M. Best "A" rated company and one of Mexico's largest and most reputable insurers. Or buy it at the border you may be able to get it online.
Yes. (if you have a membership and a Santa Barbara Axcess card it's only $4.62!)
You do not need to be a member to do an IDP at AAA. All you need is a valid drivers licence and two matching passport photos. If you don't have two matching photos we can take them for an additional fee.
