The Other day I wanted sometime for two one scoop Ice cream Sundays. They were extremely busy so, I just waited because I thought perhaps they were overwhelmed. They were, But they worked very hard busting out orders. I called asking if I would have to wait much longer because I was trying to get ice cream home to my partner before he had to go to bed for work. The manager came out and apologized for the wait and, was afraid I was going to be really upset. It seemed like he was doing his very best in a very frantic situation. He displayed professionalism and heard me out with how I was treated at the window. He made sure to get my ice cream out right away and, Gave us a coupon for food and ice cream. This was very much appreciated though not expected, I was really just hoping to get my order, So this was very nice. He displayed professionalism and, I could tell this person is a great manager. The standard of quality from this Culver's is always exceptional. Workers are typically very kind and hard working. I personally see alot of team work being displayed when I do visit. Everyone works really hard here which is also really nice too see.

I would have to say there cod fish dinner is the best thing...I tried there burger but I think they smash it way to much. I thought I took a picture of the whole meal ..but it was not there .but you can see the burger and how thin it was...and I got there cheese broccoli 🥦soup that was Good to .

I have never failed to get great service here, and I have also never failed to get great food. Everything is hot and fresh, and you don't have to wait long, even when they tell you to pull in the drive through parking. I know I will be in and out with the quickness. The inside is super, super clean. There is a lot of effort put into the cleanliness and it shows. Tables are wiped as soon as patrons leave, floors swept quickly as well. It's a nice atmosphere - you feel like you're in a restaurant and not exactly a fast food joint. Give it a chance; it's worth it.

After 3 separate days of order issues, this most current visit takes the cake. In one day they managed to mess up my order a total of 3 times. I literally have no idea how this could be so difficult to get a bacon burger plain. Good food don’t get me wrong but my god how you can have so many order inconsistencies. Seriously mind boggling .

They touch your card but they wear gloves and masks. I'm a nurse and I feel safe eating there and feeding my kids there. Also, the customer service was great so if you wanted a special accommodation for safety, I'm sure they'd be fine doing it. Edit: I've only used the drive thru
