Bought a 160,000 class B+ motor home from RV Solutions. Was told Regency was the best with the best warranty. When I did my walk through I saw the broken water heater cover and pointed it out to the sales manager. He told me they would order a new replacement, have it painted to match and fix it. Also I pointed out that the key pad on the door lock did not work. Was told they would replace it. Almost a year later I never heard back from them. So I called. Was told the warranty repair was turned down by the manufacturer. What? I was told it would be fixed by them. RV solutions. Not that they would submit a claim. This is the second time I purchased from them and now never again. Shame on me for trusting them to do the right thing

RV Solutions was great! Our sales rep Blake took care of all our issues! We drove from Sacramento to San Diego to purchase our RV and we can honestly say we wouldn't have done that without the trust we had in Blake! Service Department was awesome too and continues to respond to our questions. Even got a call from the Assistant Service manager on his day off!

Sales rep Blake was very cordial, knowledgeable about trailer we were interested in and what he wasn't sure of he took the time to find out He answered all of our questions five stars to him and all we came in contact with. We bought the trailer and they were fair for our trade.

The best RV shopping experience we have ever had by far. Tom is the man. He was very helpful without being pushy. He was very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable as well. Definitely see Tom. No need to shop anymore for us. Great relief.
