I can’t never get hold of anyone or get a call back from anyone. I have got my self so upset not everyone knows how to work a computer. I’m getting to old to get upset like this. I pray GOD fixes our government.
Hiram Hagins
Rude and don't even know there job. Lost my information and and gave me wrong information and acted like it was my fault.

This horrible place you upload things and then they just do what they want with it. Can't get ahold of a person for nothing and voice mail always full. They don't care to help anyone.

Unprofessional, don’t care about the people who need help

Yes call the state DHS office they will call you back with in 24 hours. The works steal snap funds all the time.
There are drop boxes outside of each DFCS office. Just place it in the box, someone will get it and process it. Thanks
I m not familiar with 841
Try and contact one of the commissioner
In Glynn Co. When you go in to ask why the front desk talk to you like you're stupid and when you try to explain things they get a attitude.
Go through the automated system like you're going to check your food stamp balance and then choose the option to speak with your caseworker
Yes I'm going through the same thing to with my food snaps
You can report abuse to 1.855.GACHILD (422.4453) or take them to any safe place ( find the closest one by texting 44357 and putting their location) and someone will pick them up (Boys & Girls Clubs, Bowl Arena, Casa of Glynn, Care Net, Coastal Chiropractic, Colonial Place Mall, Crowley Chiropractic, Darien Authority, Direct Cable, Dominos Pizza, Fire departments, First African Baptist Church, GA Stop, Gilead Ministry Center, Golden Isles Laundry, Glynn County Health Department, Home Depot, Jacob’s Glass, McDonald’s, McIntosh Family Chiropractic, Michael’s Deli, New China, Pam Pam’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Parkers Convenience Stores, Police Department, Pound for Pound, The Rock, Schools, School buses, Shell Gas Station, Skateland, St. Simons Music, Strike Zone, U-Save Cabinets, Visitation Center, Wal-Mart, Wendy’s, Winn-Dixie, Xpress Lube & Car Wash)
Try to get as much done as you can online... Right now all the caseworkers are anywhere from 1 to 3 months behind... And they're still switching over to the new system... and if you have a caseworker it would be easier for you to contact them directly... Otherwise face-to-face is always best
Its only business days
Has the defacs open to the public
