There was a mishap with my two orders, which were supposed to be combined and both delivered by courier to my hotel in Dallas. Only one was delivered. Zachary of print services explained that I had accidentally placed the second order in another store. Regardless, Zachary's team member personally hand delivered my flyers to a hotel in Downtown Dallas within an hour. If this is not excellent customer service, I don't know what is. Impressed Staples! Way to go!

Literally every time I place an order online to have something printed or to get custom stamps, there's always an issue, and my order gets cancelled: i.e. our stamp machine is broken or we don't have enough of the type of paper you want, etc. . .

I placed my order with Dean in the copying department on 9/9. He told me he'd complete it and give me a call the next day around 2:00PM. I waited FOUR days for Dean call. He never did. I went back up to the store only to find out he never completed my order. Worst of all, he blamed the other associates for it. Totally unprofessional. If you mess up, take responsibility for it. Don't blame others who aren't even there to defend themselves.
