I absolutely can not say enough about this company! I would give them a 100 star if possible! I purchased a outdoor fire-pit from Sears online for $1,200. It took three months for it to arrive. When my contractor put it together and tried to fire it up, it didn't work. I called Sears and they refused to help, they said I purchased from their online which is a third party. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS ONLINE! THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS! To add to my stress, I tried reaching out to the Seller, which didn't help either. The Seller said he had nothing to do with it once it was shipped out. I called numerous fire place stores to see if they could help repair. No one could help me. I did a google search and Kings Fireplace came up. There is a God after all! They were amazing, they came out the very next day and took care of the problem within five minutes. They were extremely professional, friendly and knew exactly how to take care of business! I am so thrilled to know Kings Fireplace... I know exactly who to call the next time I run into a problem. Don't even hesitate call these guys! They are truly the best of the best!!!! Thank you again Guys! You took my stress away...if only I would have called you first. Ariela

We had water damage to a fireplace that was previously installed by King's. Yali came out to check the fireplace. He was very prompt and professional, and thankfully it was a quick fix that he was able to take care of that same day. 10/10 recommend! :)

King's installed my gas fireplace about a year ago. They are incredibly professional, knowledgable and friendly. I recently thought I had a small problem with my remote sensor and they showed up, explained the problem (there wasn't one -- it was a sensor safety feature kicking in) and they couldn't have been nicer or fairer. One of the best small businesses I've ever worked with.

These people are horrible. They should receive NO stars. I made an appointment first thing in the morning. Jenny told me someone would be at my home between 1-3. At 3 I called to find out why the technician was a no show. Jenny after keeping my on hold forever said they are running late and someone would be there in an hour. At 5 still no one showed up and no one called me. I tried numerous times to get someone at the office and left numerous messages with the service. There is no way to personally contact anyone at the office. I never got a call back or an explanation for the no show despite my numerous calls. This business is extremely unprofessional and I would advise anyone to not waste your time.
