The hottest destination in Los Angeles is party city!!!! This store has everything! Party favors, balloons, decorations, costumes, jolly ranchers (that's that thing where fruity men wear small glitter cowboy hats). I've heard they even have that hard to find but must have party favor, helium. Make your way or you'll find yourself saying "Mylar???"

They have so many cool party supplies. They also may be the only ones still selling helium balloons these days.
