I lived at Montrachet for about 4 years and very happy with my experience with the apartment and management/maintenance team. I loved my floor plan as it had spacious bedrooms and walk in closets. The amenities are a HUGE PLUS! The fitness center is 24hrs and the pool area is great. The pool is heated and it’s also a salt water which is great for my sensitive skin. I don’t have a grill, but the pool area conveniently had two gas grill I always used when meal prepping for the week. The other thing that was super convenient was the grocery store next door in the Silverado Plaza. My sister also loved it as she got her nails and eyebrows done next door. Besides the great amenities and location of Montrachet, the living experience was truly because of Ashley, Amanda, Tammy and the maintenances hard work to provide a great experience. They are always so friendly and helpful in any situation. They are very responsive and go above and beyond to help their residents and keeping Montrachet an enjoyable place to live. I lived here during covid shut downs and it really was a bummer the amenities were closed for a little bit but I understood it was out of Montrachet’s control. The team made sure to communicate with the property on updates of reopening the amenity spaces. When amenities did reopen with reservations, the maintenance team and office staff sanitized the areas daily and multiple times. They did a great job with doing their part and it made me feel comfortable to use the amenity spaces. My favorite amenity was the guest suites! They were so convenient for my friends and family to come visit me. The cost is reasonable and the space is welcoming. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the move out process and not sure why. Montrachet provides a very detailed packet and information about move out charges. They also provide you pricing of everything so there’s really no surprise unless you didn’t read it throughly or ask questions if you didn’t understand something. Anyways, I had no surprises from my move out and got my refund check pretty quick. I would have stayed a lot longer but my schooling and career took me out of Napa. If I ever do return back to Napa, Montrachet will be #1 on my list. Montrachet Team, thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Just needed to take a moment to share how pleased I am since moving into Montrachet this week. Since I really wasn’t able to travel up to Napa to tour the property, I rolled the dice with doing my homework along with the great help of leasing agent Amanda Fraley. She guided me into the perfect unit for myself and my little therapy dog Bentley. First floor as requested and boy did she deliver. Perfect location and perfect manageable size for sure! Being two miles from my new project that bought me to Napa Valley, the Levendi Winery Tasting Room on First Street in downtown Napa which is a 9 minute commute! I think I am gonna love my new home and my new adventure in wine country. Cheers!

Came to Montrachet after looking at several nearby apartments and have to say this is my favorite. Close enough to everything yet still has a secluded feel. The grounds and amenities are beautiful and kept up well and you feel like you get spoiled right at home with your own Tuscan guest suites to rent if you have family or friends in town (poolside, no less!). It has a resort feel to it. I've had tons of questions in the process and have been met with friendly ladies in the office who have been more than willing to help. If apartment living is on your radar, Montrachet is your gem.

Lived here last year for work and had an awesome year. I had an apartment over looking the pool and I have to say coming from a big city there was not a lot of noise which was great. I lived here while they were still doing upgrades but they were always very clear about building times and updates. My only improvements would be the water pressure to the higher floors and no elevators . On the positive but my unit was clean, customer service was responsive and I felt very safe. Would recommend to others. I had a great time having friends over, plenty of things to do in Napa & St.Helena area.
