This place is legal robbery. $439 to get out same day it got towed?! Ended up paying $805 by the time I could get it out including an $80 citation! Only in there like 4 days! And I wasn't even blocking driveway! Cop or meter maid lied said it was a complaint. I went back talked to the business they said they didn't complain! Whoever asked who's car this was they didn't know. Just shady! Almost ruined my life because I'm a delivery driver and my rent almost due! Don't know how these people sleep at night! Good riddance!

This place has a literal license to steal. Parking signage was up for a week. My fiance parked her car on an adjacent street with ZERO signage cones, no cones were up on that street for a week. She checked her spot and I checked because I almost parked next to her but my vehicle didn't fit. They wrongfully towed her car to the tune of $400+ bucks. How is it that you can move a cone in the middle of the night and then tow the car you moved the sign to? Absolute corruption. If there are cones on your street make sure to take a photo of where you parked the night before the no parking date because they will steal your car and then your money. Hope this helps someone else.

Very disrespectful over the phone & unprofessional. One of the employees got upset when we asked how 5 days of being towed $66 a day sum up to $1,300. It was later brought down to a lower price , the employees still insisting we had a ticket to the car when the day before we went to the Dmv got a receipt & provided proof that there was no ticket registered to our vehicle. They scam & are corrupt.

Of course the experience was terrible. Everyone HATES their jobs. They don't treat anyone with respect. In fact, they treat you like you've committed a hard crime. Terrible. Why do they have to speak like they're arrogant and in control? They want to make sure they exercise their power at all times. Nothing there makes sense. You need insurance cards, not just an email or picture. They have an email address that you can send stuff to ...but it doesn't work. It takes 4-6 hours to get your car out. They're VERY UNORGANIZED. They're not familiar with what one person says on the phone, inside the building or outside. Only one person can go very anything from the car and even if you have to grab your insurance first, they make you wait in line inside and outside twice. Terrible system. Sad place.

These is a place u don't want to shop bcs LBPD took my home when I called 911. They left me homeless. See, i lived in a motorhome to buy my semi truck and called 911, and police impounded my motorhome; in the towing process, it was destroyed. Detective realises it and Towing Operations said, "No." I understand if a drunk driver... But someone that calls 911 gets their home impounded and destroyed... You make the conclusion!
My money is here and my documents. How can I pick them up?
