The fact that I was able to make an appointment but not be seen that day was a problem. Also the first service writer was not attentive enough to actually re-schedule my appointment in the system so I got pushed back another week. The service was probably fine, but it's not a good way to keep business or have high customer confidence.

Don has always been good. My problem is that a service light came on on my truck in which my truck is under warranty and it made my truck only drive 65 mph. And because there were no codes on the computer I was charged approximately $200 to clear the light without doing anything to fix what caused the problem. No explanation of what the problem was other than a light turned on. I’m not the smartest guy in the world but I think if a light comes on and makes my truck only drive 65 mph that there is a problem that should’ve been fixed under warranty not stick it to the customer

Shady dealership. I agreed to purchase vehicle at the MSRP plus additional $5k Market Adjustment. Sales staff took my credit application and photocopy of my DL, but when I declined the optional Extended Warranty, Gap Insurance, and Theft Recovery service, my sales agent, Tony told me that they would sell to someone else who was willing to pay the additional $10K is upsells, rather than me. Gone are the days when you can walk up and buy a car for the sticker price; you must agree to the price PLUS all of the extras that you don't want or need. They actually thought I would pay $100K for a $78K sticker price. Car sales are no longer about customer relationships...only about pursuit of the almighty dollar.
