Dom and his team went above and beyond. I went in for an oil change originally and they advised me on an issue I had known was happening with my car but was too scared to bring it up to them. They ended up fixing it for me at a great price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for servicing. I truly appreciate Dom and his team and they all sincerely deserve a raise for how great and transparent they are. 1000/10

I have taken my Pilot to this dealer for service multiple times. EVERY time I go, I am met with courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The people who work here always make recommendations for my vehicle, but never try to upsell me, and I appreciate it so much (as a woman, I feel like that is hard to find). John has helped me the last 2 times I have gone, and he's just the best - he possesses the utmost professionalism and maintains his kindness and calm even when he has bad news to deliver. If you are wondering if you should take your Honda to this dealer for service, I absolutely 100% recommend you do, and ask for John. You won't be disappointed!

wow I must say Service Advisor DON very pleasant and kind and got my CR-V oil change and wash done. He's alway my go to guy to get thing done.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. My son and I had $15,000 to buy a used car and went to Simi Valley Honda because the manager there is a friend of a friend. We told them our budget but rather than work with us they kept trying to sell us something we could not afford. No matter how many times we told them our budget they kept showing us cars we could not afford and trying to talk us into buying something that was out of our price range. Finally they told us to go to Kia because they could not help us. They made us feel totally ghetto. We ended up buying a Hyundai Sonata w/40k miles at another dealership later that day for $18k. Stay away from Simi Valley Honda unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.
