I've never experienced a company That you can't contact after 8 pm. Mutable call still same slow speeds In the evening and nights. I wish I'd stayed with my previous Int company, they always answered The phone calls 24/7.

I cannot comment on the service, I have been trying to get the service setup for 2 weeks. Because our roof was too tall, the installer was unable to install the service. After looking for a tall enough ladder... we were told it would be ~2 weeks to install the service. This puts the install time at approximately 1 month if it happens. We had to make multiple phone calls to get a response, voicemails were not returned. While my phone calls went to voicemail, my wife's call was answered. The wait time to get service isn't the main issue, the lack of communication, follow up and ignoring the phone calls is serious call for concern. We have heard from multiple people the service is great. This appears to be the best service in the area but the customer service is seriously lacking.

Their internet service is fabulous! The speeds run quite fast, and if I ever have a question, I get a text back promptly. I have been waiting years for this wonderful service. Our previous internet was so poor that I frequently had to turn our Wireless Off and just use data on my data package on my phone and tablet. No more! I can watch a television show I have missed, watch a ball game, or email several photos at once, at wonderfully quick service!
