Emailed them and they were quick to respond, very informative, they kept me updated on when I could expect the fiber optic to get dug in, installed and even called to see how my internet was doing after the first week. And the technician who installed did a great job. Best experience I've had with any internet provider.

We had a friend that switched over to Starwire about 6 months ago and they loved it. We called to see if we were able to get it and we weren’t in the service area, but they told us they would call if something changed. Just 3 weeks ago they called to say they added new towers and asked if we were still interested! We definitely were! The installation was quick, professional and we are in LOVE! It’s just like being in the city having broadband! It’s so quick! We highly recommend Starwire!

We loved Starwire. They were an inexpensive and reliable alternative to the other local connection. Customer services was prompt and the owners were friendly and local. WE LOVED IT! Then something happened and our reliable connection became not so reliable. We would try to establish what the connection issue was, but it always cut out way late at night when there was nobody at Starwire or we were afraid to call so late at night. Anyway, we had to say goodbye and we are sorry to this day that it ended they way it did. BEST of Luck to the folks at Starwire. We are sad it did not work out.
