The Call center told me to come by the store to pickup a power cable for my box, sounded simple. Nope, unhelpful agent tried to sell me a NEW box. I bought the cable at Batteries Plus and can finally use my service. Very bad experience. No customer service. Maybe another store is better.

Jeanise, is superb!!! She was able to expedite my situation with grace,and ease. She also explained certain things that I had no knowledge of and it was beneficial ..truly a great Supervisor. And by chance if she's not notated as such, she definitely should be.....😁
