We contacted 3 companies for our roller shades, and are very happy we selected The Shade Store. First, we love that they have a showroom where you can actually see all the different product options and materials, and a physical presence also assured us that we could just "go to the Store" in the event we ever needed anything. From the first time we stepped into the showroom until the installation was completed, we were delighted with the exquisite high quality standards and personalized approach that The Shade Store provides. And of course, we are also so very thrilled about how the product looks inside and out, and how it functions. It's exactly what we wanted! Many thanks to Cindy Hillary, whose gracious attentiveness and patient engagement with us helped make this not just a purchase, but a totally pleasurable experience!

Will never be using the Shade Store again. Super over priced for what you get. They also have suffered greatly with the pandemic starting around June 2020. Had horrific customer service and installation. Most of the materials also feel cheap and I regret not going with a lower priced company. I worked with a design consultant who was great at her job though. Most of my samples never arrived or got lost in the mail (may have been pandemic related though so letting that one go). Then my measurements went pretty smoothly and delivery arrived quicker than I thought. It all went downhill from there. My original install team only partially showed up and were very late. I had one guy try to do an entire house worth of shades by himself and went way over the time window. His coworker showed up for the last 2 smallest shades. The large master shade after it was installed we found holes in it. Customer service booked a re-install and shipped me a new shade. The next 3 re-install attempts were no shows. Wasted my time and later found out most of the installers were laid off so that explains it but no one called me. I then had a replacement team come and finally do the job and the replacement master shade also had holes in it even in worse condition than the original. I then had a 3rd shade shipped and another install team booked but this time it was a third party and only one guy. He couldn’t do it and left. I am now 4 months in trying to get this job done right and at this point just trying to get a refund and touch it up myself. Maybe last year this company did better work but I paid thousands of dollars and feel like I got pushed to the side with no fix or awareness on their company’s struggles. Overall poor communication, planning, and quality control.

The Shade Store has excellent customer service and communication skills. It was a joy to work with a store that not only has an extraordinary product, but more imprtantly, listens to the customers needs, wants, and thoughts to enable them tp provide a product and service that is so important to your home design. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this store.
