I normally never ever leave reviews but this just blew my mind!!!! but I just came into service I wanted to get my truck looked at because my check engine light came so the service lady was describing how dirty these air filters was that they was pulling out of trucks and she looks at me and says “no disrespect they are blacker than you” this came out of a white persons mouth I never have been blatantly disrespected like this in my life smh I still can’t believe this

We was in the shop getting work done on are truck are mechanic was good but a couple of mechanic was out of line. Matt was the one out of line. The way he talk to the female tsa was not right and the male tsa just stood around and let it happen. I was not happy with the way Matt treated the female tsa and she was the only female back there doing her job and helping drivers.

I pulled in to get a brake job and DOT inspection on my trailer. Everyone in the shop were very polite and courteous. They got me in when they said and Johhny was my tech. Johnny, I have to say, it was a pleasure having a tech like you, and if corporate is reading this, give him a raise! From his greeting in the bay to him wishing me safe travels, Johnny was excellent. One stand out moment (there were many) was when I thought he may have taken a lunch break because he wasn't coming over to explain what he was doing and out of no where he tells me I'm finished. Superb job!! I will stop in for repairs in the future!
