THE SLOWEST MCDONALD’S IN THE HISTORY OF MCDONALD’S!!! OMG! Their customer service sucks!! Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they let me down!!! THEY JUST MESSED UP MY ORDER AND GOT MAD AT ME!! Gave me 3 incorrect drinks!! Ugh! Get people that ACTUALLY wanna work!! It’s TOO MANY people in there for them to be THAT SLOW!! Goodness gracious!! Employees throwing stuff at customers, my order number never showed up on the screen, and at this time, after placing a mobile order an getting charged for it then minutes ago, I still have yet to be given my food, a triple cheeseburger minus onions and a large fry. GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALD'S. THIS IS LOCATION NUMBER 2 THAT I HAVE ISSUES WITH EVERYTIME. LOOKS LIKE McDonalds IS LOSING THIS CUSTOMER FOR GOOD HERE IN SPRINGFIELD!

They need to update their closing time because I never know what time they close. I came at 11:12pm to pick up a doordash order and no one came to the drive thru window. They always tell me "we're closed" after about 9:00 every single night.

I am not going to any McDonalds they always get your drive through wrong. This store was the worst. I ordered their Double Cheeseburger buy one and get one for a $1more. I drove up to the next window to pick my two sandwiches. They gave me two regular cheeseburgers instead. I told them I ordered the buy one Double Cheeseburger get another one for a $1 it took them about 1.5 minutes gave me my order, and I left. On my way to my daughter's house, I opened the bag to eat one of my Double Cheeseburgers, to my surprise they gave me back the two regular Cheeseburgers. But still charged me for the two Doubles.
I'm surprised they don't get enough business to stay open 24/7
