WORST McDonalds in Springfield by FAR. Look at how many reviews mention how horrible and rude the staff is. They are this way bc ownership is completely absent. Clearly the owners just see this as a cash cow and don’t have any pride in their business. The owners need to have their franchise taken away. I’ve had several terrible experiences with this restaurant. This morning, I was yelled at by a short blonde drive through attendant bc I had the audacity to ask if they had forgotten about me after they made me pull up to the “drive thru” waiting spot. I waited for 15 minutes as several cars got their food and she screamed “OH MY GOD WE ARE LITERALLY JUST FIGURING IT OUT”. Threw my bag at me and slammed the drive thru door in my face. It takes a special effort to be THIS terrible. McDonalds headquarters just needs to take this away from the owners, fire all staff members, and start over.

Ordered a meal, got home all I had was fries and a drink, no sandwich. I waited about 15 minutes to get order and it wasn't right. Had to drive back to get my sandwich. They are very slow

If I could give it a zero I would!! Who needs to patronize a restaurant where the staff yells at you because they are having a bad day. I was the only one at the drive up windows in the middle of the day and no one answered either speaker, so I drove to the window to place my oder. The worker was joking with 2 other employees and became irritated and yelling at me because I drove to the window. She said I wasn't the only customer in the restaurant and she hated her job and was only there because she had to be and wouldn't take my order. She continued her rant so I thought if I was sympathic it might help. I apologized 3 times for her problems and eventually I told her to stop I had a young child in the car. Finally she did but not before my little one said, don't go to this McDonald's, they yell at you. Management, you have definitely failed you customers!!
