Sitting here waiting for our food. It’s gotten very busy all of a sudden and evidently someone didn’t show up. I watched as everyone is hustling trying to get the orders out as soon as possible. The lady taking orders inside is exceptionally friendly and keeping her cool. I am pleasantly surprised.

Rolled up and as I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin the menus blinked dark and then switched to lunch. The cashier just looked at me blankly and said "we just switched to lunch." I get that you have to make a menu switch, but let's not make a big deal over 12 seconds, okay?

Tried this location first. Absolute train wreck first thing in the morning! Only two people were working, menu boards were offline, people were leaving the drive-thru, the men's restroom had a bunch of standing water in it, and the woman in charge was just spouting off at the mouth about EVERYTHING! She even snapped at me when I tried to tell her about the mensroom... The next location off the exit to the west was an absolute DREAM by comparison! Clean, and accommodating by the crew. Understaffed, but not nearly as bad as this location! Never going back to this one, again...

Food was hot/warm. But we didn't get what we ordered. For example.... we ordered a happy meal with a cheeseburger, no apples but extra fries and chocolate milk. We got a happy meal with chicken nuggets, apples, child's fries and chocolate milk. They did correct it. But we went through the drive through as we were headed home with a 3 hour drive and wanted to beat the snow storm. They didn't give us any straws so we had to wait at least 5 minutes for them. The kicker was they were NOT busy at all. We were the second car in the drive up. They car before us ordered 3 chocolate shakes only. I feel they need more training at this McDonald. Ours where we live is bad.... but this one was worse by far.
