Poorly informed staff, negligent communication. I made a 1 hour journey through traffic to be told the doctor had canceled her appts for the day. I had a missed call from an unrecognized cell the prior evening. That was their only attempt to communicate this.

Really nice place with great providers. Ridiculous wait time, hours waiting to see my doc for a check-up/follow up. Optometrist is better but takes forever to get an appointment and delays treatment. Scheduling and calling the number is like pulling teeth. I wish they would respect our time more.

Dr. Gloria Chu and Violeta are Amazing. So glad I found this hospital. Dr. Chu completely changed my life and vision with Keratoconus. So glad I came here and discovered a new way in seeing.

Just had my eyes checked for glasses and contacts. Dr. Rachel Young was awesome and thorough. Definitely recommend if you need an eye exam. They had my contacts in stock so I could get them day of. Glasses selection is ok.
