They first rescheduled my appointment. Upon arriving at the rescheduled day and time, the waiting room was completely packed. I asked how long the wait was. Their response was that it would be about an hour. I told them that I would need to reschedule. Their response was that an hour is the wait regardless of the day. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait an hour every time? Before asking the wait time, I was told that I couldn’t even look at the glasses available until after seeing the doctor. I wasn’t asking to try them on, just simply look at them through the display. I’ve never had that happen. Totally unprofessional attitude too. Won’t be coming back. A million other doctors to choose from.

Polite, professional and personable staff. My appointment started on time, which is not common in my experience. During the visit I had several tests conducted and had the opportunity to speak with the Doctor twice during the process. Each test was explained as well as the results. The Doctor shares information and discussed the options I had. I felt like this was a partnership and that I was part of the decisions impacting my healthcare. Use this practice, stop searching and just make an appointment already.

The customer service here has gone down. We had an appointment about 2 months ago. We were stuck in this office for 2 hours. Yesterday, I receive a reminder call that the appointment is at 9:15am. My mom & I arrived at 8:50am so we're on time. The office is not even opened. One of the workers come in to open the office at 9:20am. I tell that worker I was confused regarding my mom's appt. He says,"What's the confusion?" I tell him that the appointment was at 9:15am. He says, "What's the confusion?" & then he says he doesnt know why we were given that appointment when the office opens up for appointments at 9:30. It is now 9:42 & we still have not been called in!!!!! Bad customer, bad patient service!!!!!!!

Questions & Answers

How long does it take to fully recover from retnial detachment surgery.

Depending on the surgery and other factors, it typically takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

Why does it take from 1 1/2 to 2 hours, in this facility. They plan revolving patients, in and out, for and over again. I would rate this office negative 0. Also the Doctor is never there Al

Well I had a good experience didn't have to wait long & I saw the ophthalmologist. Good all in all.
