My mother took brother to his appointment today. Amazing service by the nurses they are always kind and patient when we go. For them I would give the 5 stars and a raise. Reason for 1 star because of the Sr. Dr. The way he treated my brother as a patient was not correct. The nurses were way more concerned for my brother than he was. My brother had highblood pressure and his vision is blurry from one eye. The response from the doctor "oh because he is nervous" no care that a 15yr old has high blood pressure. And I know a spealist has to see my brother on his eye problem but he just said so rudely.

Dr Torre Blanca Sr is very unprofessional my dad went to get his stitches to be removed and instead of doing his job , as his primary doctor he tells us that since he didn't do the surgery he isnt going to remove them. Had to drive from south Gate to Santa ana because he didnt want to do his job.

Horrible place to go very rude receptionist nurses on their phone instead of working covid 19 hazard had like 30 people in a small area, had to ask like 5 times if was my turn. I was the first one in their at 830am and the last to leave at 2pm first and last time I go their hope they would be more professional and someone to be more of a LEADER and guide that clinic to a better service i will be reporting to my insurance, health department or wherever I need too.

Both doctors senior and Jr are amazing. They are the only reason why I still go there. The staff in the other hand are horrible. You need to change the front receptionist to someone who is more respectful instead of rude. Every time I go there I have to see all this faces of staff looking down on one like if they don’t want us there. Most of the staff is very unprofessional and there is no point of filing a complaint because nothing is done. Have been going there for over 15 years.
