My family enjoys their pizza. It has a nice melty cheese and a good tasting crust and sauce. Their service, however, is their low point. We have ordered less from them lately because even though we arrive on time for the pizza, we usually have to wait 5-10 minutes for a server to notice us standing at the bar and then an additional 5-10 minutes for them to bring the food. This last time when we ordered a pizza to go, I waited a total of 30 minutes before I was able to walk out with my pizza--without an apology, discount, or any kind of restitution. Again, I like the pizza, but because I don't feel like my time is respected, I think we'll have to go elsewhere.

Full menu closes at 9pm. You can still get most appetizers and pizza till 11pm
Sorry that happened to you. This time of year a lot of people have things going on you know nothing about. Sad things stressful things troubles, everyone has a bad day. Maybe this was her day and we should just be kind, wish them Merry Christmas and move on. You just might have been that miracle she needed that day.
