Sorry that happened to you. This time of year a lot of people have things going on you know nothing about. Sad things stressful things troubles, everyone has a bad day. Maybe this was her day and we should just be kind, wish them Merry Christmas and move on. You just might have been that miracle she needed that day.
I have always had good service. Some nights it's very busy and I don't mind. I don't drink but I have see rude customers also. Don't let this be your only experience.
These are both good things to think about. This was not my first time there, nor my first displeased interaction. I asked for a lemonchello. The response I got was "I don't know what that is." It made me feel stupid for asking. Instead she should have asked if I knew what was in it or how to make it or asked her boss/co-workers or looked it up. As an employee in the food/bar industry it is your job to please the customer, not make them feel less than in any way. Merry Christmas!
